Selecting Budget, Sector and Sub-Sector To select more than one item from the following categories, keep the Ctrl key pressed while selecting additional items. You can select multiple items from more than one category, for example, you could select Budget = “10,000 to 20,000”, Sector = “Water Supply” and Sub-Sector = “Irrigation”. Press the “Search” button to execute the search. See illustration below. Selecting Oblast, District, Jamoat and Village When you select the Oblast category all the Districts that belong to that specific oblast will appear, in some cases under the Village category, all towns and settlements will also appear. This is because settlements and towns do not belong to any specific District or Jamoat. Similarly when you select a specific District, all Jamoats that pertain to that District will show. Finally, upon selecting a Jamoat, all villages for that Jamoat will show. See illustration below. Note: There is an option (Show all settlements at once), which allows all settlements to be shown without following the hierarchical order. This is useful if a user wants to search a specific district, jamoat or village without having to know which jamoat a specific village belongs to or which district a particular jamoat belongs to. See illustration below. To select more than one Oblast to search for, you need to press the + button under the Oblast category; In the example below, all projects that belong to Khatlon or Sughd oblasts will appear in the search. To remove an item, select the item you want to remove then press the – button. See illustration below. The same principle works for other categories (District, Jamoat and Village). Specifying Estimated Number Of Days The Estimated Days search allow you to search for priorities that are less than, equal to or greater than a certain number of days.
